I saved up a ton of money for tickets to bastille shows so I payed for all of my tickets. my mom sees a lot of value in travelling and we havent vacationed in a while so this was our big trip for the year. as for the school thing, I’m home schooled so it was actually part of my curriculum! the whole trip tied into my art history class as well as overall being educational due to meeting new people and seeing new places and learning about them as i visited. The actual following Bastille around part was the skeleton of the trip and allowed me to see a ton of places in a small amount of time! 

long story short: I’m incredibly privileged to be in a situation where there’s a budget for travelling and I have a lot of freedom with my schooling.
